Megan's Ladybug Dress
This is my latest creation for Megan...a very twirly strawberry & ladybug dress. I used a McCall's pattern and made the bodice a size 5. When she tried it on, it was huge and didn't look good at all. So I had to remake the bodice in a size 4. While I was at it, I also ended up doing the straps as ties rather than regular straps as the pattern called for. I love this combo of berries, ladybugs and polka dots and she loves it too. So much so that I woke up this morning to her calling me asking for help getting the straps tied!
And one more of her swinging in it. Sorry her face looks shiny, I couldn't figure out how to fix it in Photoshop and the picture was too cute not to share!
